Pragmatic Systems International Corporation staff co-managed the analysis, design, development and implementation of an enterprise wide rewritten reservations system. Managed the project of a mixed team comprised of consultants from a "big 6" firm, in-house staff from the cruise line and additional outside contract support staff. Project delivered on time and under budget.
